Brownies, biscuits & tray bakes

 All the below can be posted anywhere in the UK, my  traybakes come in three sizes so theres not only a traybake for every tastebud but also one for every occasion.


All butter shortbread cut in chunky fingers (shown above with cranberries)
My famous all butter shortbread, containing only three ingredients and no preservatives.  Shortbread as it should be.

Flapjacks (these can be done without nuts, dipped in chocolate and with dried fruit if required)
Beautiful simple flapjacks.  Very sticky, very very moreish


Double chocolate 'better than your average' molten brownies (shown above left)
Cooked to dense chocolaty perfection, with crisp crust and a fab moist rich middle.  My brownies can be enjoyed as a wicked treat or warmed and served with ice cream.  They can even be frozen for upto 1 month!  I ship these babies nationwide and they are so popular they are stocked as far as Cambridge.

Chocolate and hazelnut caramel bars
Cakey on the bottom caramel and whole roasted hazelnuts in the middle and finished with more rich chocolate.

Peanut butter and milk chocolate blondies (shows above left)
A must for peanut butter fans, its essentially a moist dense blondie packed with Reeces pieces. My blondies can be enjoyed as a wicked treat or warmed and served with ice cream.  They can even be frozen for upto 1 month! 

Peanut butter and jelly bars (made with my homemade raspberry jam) shown above right
An American classic.  I bake these with smooth peanut butter, slather the base in homemade seedless raspberry jam and top with more of the base and whole toasted peanuts.  A match made in heavan.
