Cupcakes & Whoopie Pies
Cupcakes make a perfect individual gift and can be stacked for celebration style or wedding cakes. Dietary requirements or allergies? Not a problem, drop me an email and I can advise a suitable cupcake, gluten or lactose free isnt a problem :) Minimum order for any one flavour is 12. I have hundreds of images of my work, if you cant see anything above you like please email me and i'll send you some ideas.

In addition to my classic vanilla with vanilla buttercream I also bake the following bespoke flavours:
Alex:Chocoholics delight! Not for the fainthearted! A dense chocolate sponge, topped with chocolate and mascarpone frosting and crowned with a solid chocolate kiss. All made with Lindt 70% cocoa chocolate.
Alyson: A deliciously spicy ginger cake with fresh pear and pecans topped with cream cheese frosting. Divine.
Nora: Chocolate, toffee, more chocolte and peanut butter, a snickers taste sensation!
Leila: A classic and my personal favourite, a moist carrot cupcake with cream cheese and orange frosting and cinnamon dust.
Stephanie: An American classic, the red velvet, a deep moist bright red cocoa cake with cream cheese frosting and red crumb sprinkles.
Jean: Coffee and walnut, deliciously punchy coffee cake swirled with a coffee buttercream and finished with toastd walnuts.
Roxanne: A seasonal strawberry cheesecake cupcake! This cute cupcake comes with fresh strawberry pieces in the cake, cream cheese frosting, biscuit crumbs from my homemade shortbread and topped with a fresh strawberry slice.
Helen: GLUTEN FREE A cute petite lemon cupcake piped with homelade lemon curd and a swirl of creamy vanilla cheesecake buttercream.
Kate: Full on - this deep cupcake has chocolate chunks in a moist vanilla cake, vanilla frosting with marshmallow, biscuit crumb from my homemade shortbread and a dark chocolate glaze.
Terry:The quintessential British cupcake. A moist almond pink sponge topped with pale yellow butter cream and a slice of Battenberg. High tea anyone?
Bee: Aloah anyone for a slice of Hawaii? This cupcake is made with fresh pinapple and coconut in a moist vanilla cake and is topped with fresh mango frosting and a garland of mini sugar flowers.
Jules: The mother of all cupcakes - a moist banana sponge with white vanilla frosting topped with toasted honey walnuts and a drizzle of toffee sauce.
Sue: Sweet, sweet, sweet, this little nugget of joy is made with coconut milk, topped with baby pink vanilla buttercream and shavings of fresh sweetened coconut.
Betty:Eastern promise, a delicately flavoured rosewater vanilla cake with and a pink vanilla frosting finished with chopped pistachio nuts.

Whoopie pies are basically two pieces of cake sandwiches together with a cream cheese vanilla buttercream. The flavours can be adjusted just like cupcakes and they have the texture of a brownie - dense and slightly squidgie :) TRY ONE! Minimum order of 6 of any one flavour.
